Deliveries & Returns
Delivery Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Should your order be customised, the order will begin to be made within this time frame but could take up to 2-3 weeks to complete depending on the item ordered. Please be aware that sometimes these timescales may be exceeded, this could be due to volume of orders or postal service issues, of which Catherine Created is not responsible for. Once an order is placed you will be able to obtain a timescale for completion.
Delivery Rates and Estimates​
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on your order and location and will displayed at checkout.
We currently use a range of delivery services, but most frequently used are Evri and Royal Mail.
Local Delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over £10 within 2 miles of Clifton, Bedfordshire. For orders under £10, we charge £2 for local delivery.
Deliveries are made from 08:00-20:00 7 days per week. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provide at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
Local delivery includes, Clifton, Henlow and Shefford in Bedfordshire county only.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping but hope to be able to provide this is in the future.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at catherine@catherinecreated.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Returns Policy
Cancellations
We accept cancellations, if made within 2 hours of purchase or if the product has not yet started being created.
No orders are made until full payment is received.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery for standard items, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs. Refunds cannot be accepted for ANY custom orders or paper flower products as these are all specific to the purchaser and cannot be resold. Neither can returns be accepted for earrings for hygiene reasons.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at catherine@catherinecreated.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

The Buyer is responsible for all delivery and return charges. Please return items in original packaging.
